If you have a child in common with a former partner but were never married and seek to establish your rights and timesharing with your child, we can provide and prepare the necessary documentation.

If you are a victim of domestic violence, stalking, repeat violence or sexual violence, there are forms that can be completed on your behalf to protect you.

Are you currently paying child support but feel you are unable to afford it?  We can assist in preparing the correct documents to request a modification. We also offer document preparation for those seeking to establish child support.
